ARC Solutions

The PC-350 system is a personal computer running the Linux operating system, using Slackware 12.1, a GSM modem called MS 33 and software called JAGA. The system works as a “black box” receiver for all communication formats used by Jablotron Control Panels, namely GPRS/ IP, IP, SMS or images from Camera PIRs.
The software structure has no database, so it is a very stable solution with a self-running test for the functionality of its daemons. Each and every part has its own log. No maintenance is needed whatsoever.
Easy backup and fast recovery in the case of hardware failures
All communication between ARCs and Control panel is two way and encrypted by a protocol, which is the property of JABLOTRON ALARMS a.s.
On request it can be equipped with an MS-41 PSTN receiver and then be capable of receiving DTMF formats (CID)
A fixed IP address from a reliable Internet provider is mandatory.
As default it supports Surgard MLR2 and SQL database as an outgoing channel to the 3rd party monitoring software. If requested, modification or a new protocol are also possible.
As monitoring software we offer Kronos software made by the company NEXT. There are two solutions. Kronos LT and Kronos NET. For both types we offer a free licence for up to 200 accounts with KronosNET and 100 accounts for Kronos LT. Many language versions are possible.
ComGuard is still available with full support but no other modifications are possible. Only English and Russian versions are available

Kronos LT - simple software for one operator. Recommended to be used for less than 500 accounts. Basic functions: message filtering, printing, required arming, camera browser, logs<.br>
KronosNET - sophisticated professional software used for an unlimited amount of accounts. 200 accounts are free. Networking system with the use of remote terminals and customer terminals. Many detailed functions.

ComGuard - Monitoring software made by Jablotron. Its development has ended so no modifications possible.

MS-33	MS-41
a GSM modem made by Wavecom used for receiving SMS data from Jablotron control panels. SMS messages are encrypted to make simulation of SMS messages impossible by regular mobile phones (anti-hacking) only capable of receiving SMS format from Jablotron panels, not other brands of alarm control panels it is part of the PC-350 solution no software or settings needed	a PSTN receiver connected to the PCI bus of the computer only CID compatible, no pulse formats the MS-41 card does not need any other configuration if running with the Linux version of the PC-350 for older installations, where an MS 41 has been used in a Windows solution, software and drivers are needed
